Visual Manager, Women's Store
As the Women’s Visual Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy development, process management and implementation of the BG/NMG Visual Strategy as it pertains to the RTW, shoes and accessories. In partnership with the Visual Director, collaborate with Store Design, Buying teams and Store Operations on translation of Visual strategy to develop clear, accurate and executable directives. You will be responsible for managing cross -functional team projects and leading the preparation for meetings. Additionally, the ability to collaborate daily with multiple levels of management and departments to ensure Bergdorf Goodman’s luxury standards are maintained.

Excellent communicator
Exceptionally organized
Strong Visual Merchandising skills and a minimum of 5 years of luxury experience
Must be aligned with current fashion trends and able to interpret this in mannequin styling as well as life-styled table displays, understanding how it translates to the Bergdorf Goodman customer
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Knowledge and understanding of current trends and cultural awareness
Ability to cultivate and challenge a team of merchandisers
Multi task and ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
Flexible with ability to meet installation needs
Must be able to work on your feet and capable of lifting (boxes, mannequins, etc.) as heavy as 50lbs
Bachelor’s degree preferred
