Vice President, Marketing Activation
The Vice President of Marketing Activation is a critical role within the Marketing & Creative organization of NM. Responsible for leading the integration of CRM, Performance Media and Social Media channels to optimize performance and effective customer engagement. This leader will drive optimal channel performance aligned to the overall marketing and business strategies. Driving elevation and focused strategies across all performance channels – the VP will lead and partner with stakeholders to deliver performance across all NMB marketing activation channels while integrating performance channel strategies into the marketing eco systems.
Responsibilities include
−Lead integration of CRM, Performance Media and social media channels for optimal performance and effective customer engagement
−Produce successful creative briefings for campaign concepts and a plan to deliver on core objectives
−Drive both paid and organic traffic for online and stores, enhancing brand value / equity and driving to greater CLV through personalization
−Lead elevation and integration of focused strategies across performance channels
−Build and implement a multi-touch point strategy that balances the connects from email, social and paid channels - driving channel optimization and customer personalization
−Deliver performance across all NMB marketing activation channels: Email, Social, Media, Brand Experience/ Activation, Brand PR, Visual Merchandizing
−Integrate performance channel strategies throughout the marketing eco systems, including; brand experiences, visual, earned media and other marketing channels
−Optimize channel performance in-line with overall marketing and business strategies
−Deliver increased targeting and relevance across all channels, while telling integrated and elevated brand stories
Qualifications
15+ years experience in integrated media strategy and channel management
10+ years experience in a strategic role leading the evolved application of mixed channels
Strong understanding of customer and business strategy with a track record of success in optimal delivery
Expertise in digital media with deep CRM experience
Led and scaled teams of diverse talent, skills and capabilities
Performance obsessed and innovation driven – sees the value of an integrated approach to customer engagement
Analytically brilliant and customer savvy – with deep performance expertise
Understanding of media, channel marketing, performance metrics, audience segmentation, communication and content strategies
Ideal qualifications include; experience in Media Mix modeling, eCommerce optimization and the Customer journey application as it relates to Digital Media
Ideal Profile
•15+ years experience in media strategy roles. Examples include; Working as a VP at an agency or as a Group Director at a large corporation, leading a reasonably sized team of diverse talent and marketing capabilities and will have worked in a modern media agency strategy role or lead teams across diverse services including media, commerce and marketing at a corporation.
