Job Requirements
 
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree (Masters Degree preferred) in Organization Development or a related field, combined with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive experience, ideally within a customer focused organization. 
 
He/She has demonstrated experience in strategic design and execution of learning, organization development and leadership programs, as well as advanced knowledge of learning and organization development theory and practical application.  In addition, the candidate should possess:
