Talent Acquisition Specialist - Product and Technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in translatable field highly preferred
- At least 3-4 years of experience in an agency or corporate recruiting environment with a focus in IT/Product recruitment
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and extensive experience working within the platform
- Experience working on a variety of corporate-level roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and managers
- Attention to detail and operational adherence to processes and corporate policies
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; be able to maintain a sense of detail and organization while handling multiple projects and deadlines
