Southeast Service Center - This position is responsible for supervision of a Regional Sends Department with up to 25 support associates. Responsibilites include managing a high-volume workflow of packages in and out of the facility and communicating daily with multiple Full Line/ Last Call Stores, as well as third party service providers. This position will oversee and supervise Sends Associates to make sure all items are prepared, shipped and received on time whike complying with company policy. This position will report directly to the facility warehouse manager.

Job Description

  • Achieves efficent daily workflow within the department to include the processing of daily outbound customer sends with minimal /                no carryover
  • Achieves effective quality control and utilizes audits to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Maintains a strong Customer Focus - ensures all deadlines are met
  • Planning - Assigns associates to tasks based on short / long term workflow
  • Communicate effectively via email and phone to both internal and external customers
  • Provides cross-training instruction with the ability to flex into other warehouse processing areas as required
  • Evaluates supply resources and replenishes based on current / future needs of the business
  • To perform this job successfully, an indvidual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and / or abilities required.

Job Requirements

  • Previous retail management or warehouse operations management / leadership experience preferred
  • Previous experience in managing a diverse team and providing effective leadership preferred 
  • Ability to assist facility warehouse manager with leadership coaching and development, cross-training, and coaching skill sets
  • Strategic Agility - creative problem solving
  • Strong computer skills - bi-lingual a plus
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Physical requirements to include loading and unloading trailers, lifting, and use of warehouse equipment
