Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and fulfill daily production needs for multiple photographic teams assigned to sell and editorial photography for Bergdorf Goodman.
  • Source and schedule necessary freelance and internal talent assigned to daily Bergdorf Goodman production efforts.
  • Partner with off-site team members to consistently adapt to creative photography requests.
  • Liaison with merchandise teams to track sample status and provide daily production updates to internal and external team members.
  • Collaborate with the Studio production management team to align with overall studio quality standards and process expectations.
  • Consistently source new talent available in a freelance capacity to fulfill creative needs.
  • Responsible for receiving, tracking, and processing of all invoices related to photo production for Bergdorf Goodman sell and editorial photography.
  • Provide daily reporting and tracking of photography production.
  • Collaborate with, Styling Manager, Producer, and Art Director to maintain and execute all BG creative needs.
  • Report to Studio Manager to ensure proper integration of production processes and requirements.
  • Execute assigned tasks that originate from BG management support members.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Demonstrated skillset in leadership and team guidance capabilities
  • Adaptability to constantly changing team dynamics
  • Proficient in working in a Mac-based work environment
  • Skilled in utilizing email, Teams and Microsoft Office software for communication and reporting needs
  • Adaptability to other software solutions as required
