Summary Statement: The Store Admin Lead is responsible for supporting the business activities of the store. This position provides a strong partnership with senior leaders to improve day to day efficiency and act as a communication liaison. The Store Admin Lead has responsibility for complex and confidential administrative assignments and providing support to entire function of the organization. This position requires a very high degree of professionalism and discretion, as well as the ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and manage multiple priorities.


Responsibilities & Qualifications


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provides administrative partnership for the entire store, as well as working cross-functionally with all functions in a professional, customer focused manner
  • Collects and prepares information for use in discussions / meetings
  • Prepares high-quality, executive-level PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and / or Excel spreadsheets
  • Assists with resolving client issues, coordinating efforts to resolve issues seamlessly with the appropriate store partners
  • Maintains appointment schedules and coordinates meetings including conference calls
  • Proactively monitors email inboxes, as requested
  • Coordinates travel arrangements including but not limited to: airline reservations, hotel reservations, itineraries, and expenses
  • Partners with Customer Service Lead and team to ensure all marketing exceptions are processed
  • Undertakes projects with direction such as preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, etc.
  • Offers ideas for executive and team improvement and best practices when required or as appropriate
  • Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Maintains and prioritizes daily action items for personal follow up and management
  • Assists and relieves the executives of a variety of complex administrative duties involving contact and exposure to proprietary information
  • Determines when to act for the executives and when to refer problems for personal attention
  • Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature including human resource data, budget, forecasts, etc.
  • Uses initiatives to prepare responses and to assemble background information from many sources, and follows up to ensure that proper and timely action is taken
  • Coordinates team events (planning, logistics, attendee confirmations, etc.) as requested
  • Manages event requests, invoices, and related paperwork as necessary
  • Monitors event spend to budget if required / requested
  • Represents store as main point of contact externally and internally

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated and results driven
  • “Win together” mentality
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, advanced proficiency with Excel preferred 
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
