RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Design, develop, support, debug ETL routines, MDM hub configurations, Data Quality Services, cross functional integrations and Workflow solutions
  • Work on SaaS implementations and data pipelines that utilize various integration patterns
  • Assist with creating and maintaining an automation and monitoring framework
  • Develop (design/code/configure) high quality software solutions in a collaborative development environment, working closely with Senior Engineers and DevOps
  • Troubleshoot application integration issues with cross functional teams
  • Manage and be the custodian of Data requirements, Source to target mapping rules, Data validation rules, data quality rules, data cleansing rules, business transformation rules, Metrics, audience creation and building marketing journeys etc
  • Work closely on an agile team of product owner, other engineers and scrum master in a collaborative environment to configure systems and deliver technical solutions adhering to business requirements
  • Participates in sprint planning; provides work estimates to deliver product stories; owns development stories
  • Follow best practices for development code promotion across the various environments (i.e. builds, approvals, release)
  • Ability to interact with both technical and executive stakeholders as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related engineering degree required
  • 5+ years’ experience in Engineer roles with a desire to learn MDM platform development
  • 2+ years’ experience with cloud technologies
  • Good working knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS), MDM concepts and data analysis
  • Hand-on experience of integrating internal and external systems using real-time messaging, RESTful APIs, and ETL integration tools
  • Relational database experience (Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server etc..) with SQL Query analysis
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing ETL solutions including but not limited to SnapLogic or Informatica
  • Strong listening, questioning, clarifying and summarizing skills to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Experience with Agile methodologies to maintain and report daily progress in JIRA and Sprint ceremonies
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and business users
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a self-starter and have the desire to learn and grow
