Sr Engineer, Customer MDM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related engineering degree required
- 5+ years’ experience in Engineer roles with a desire to learn Loyalty/MDM platform development
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience with cloud technologies
- Good working knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS), Marketing technologies, with strong preference towards Customer Loyalty platforms and related integrations with private-label credit card providers as well as internal applications such as customer master data and omni-channel selling platforms
- Hand-on experience of integrating internal and external systems using real-time messaging, RESTful APIs, and ETL integration tools
- Relational database experience (Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server etc..) with SQL Query analysis
- Hands-on experience designing and developing ETL solutions including but not limited to SnapLogic or Informatica
- Strong listening, questioning, clarifying and summarizing skills to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group settings
- Experience with Agile methodologies to maintain and report daily progress in JIRA and Sprint ceremonies
- Experience working with cross functional teams and business users
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be a self-starter and have the desire to learn and grow
