Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Masters degree in equivalent engineering disciplines is preferred.
10 + years of overall experience, including 1-3 years as Technical Manager managing and overseeing teams.
2 + years of experience working and managing distributed teams.
Strong architectural experience coupled with delivery of large scale systems that works across markets
Experience building and delivery of eCommerce sites, Mobile apps
Experience working with Cloud native applications with Spring Boot ecosystem, ReactJS, Node.js, Serverless and AWS or similar platform.
Deep knowledge of API (REST), API Management and building scalable and high performance Web APIs
Strong experience in building/architecting event driven systems
Experience implementing apps using React Native, iOS & Android.
Strong understanding and experience leading teams using Agile and Scrum principles.
Experience with automated testing, deployment pipelines and cloud based infrastructure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of roles and titles.
Ability to collaborate, influence and build partnerships.
Experienced with leading, coaching, and mentoring individuals and teams
Experience designing and implementing effective process development.
Experience applying change management best practices to strategies, projects and programs.
Experience working in a DevOps environment with continuous delivery
Work closely with the recruitment team to hire and onboard engineers
Preferred Skills & Experience
Preferably have large-scale experience in managing teams in an agile development environment
