Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
Big 4 Experience a plus
Excellent Excel skills
Strong accounting skills (inventory accounting a plus)
Experience with major ERP system (such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAP) a plus
Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software which integrate with Oracle
Very flexible and able to function in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people at various levels (including non-financial associates)
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and communicate any conflicts to management group so key tasks get completed.
Strong written communication skills (both for analysis/reporting and in day to day e-mail communications)
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
At least 3 years previous experience
