Senior Manager, Human Resources - Central Region
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience
- 4-year degree required
- HR-related certification preferred
- Proven track record achieving business results
- History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives
- Business / financial acumen (experience in budget oversight and census planning)
- Previous experience navigating complex business problems, collaborating with leads across corporate functions, presenting at the executive level, working with corporate business partners, and leading cross-functional large-scale initiatives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively and tactfully advise, counsel, coach, resolve conflict, and negotiate within all levels of an organization
- Knowledge of best practices and key trends in the Human Resources functions
- Customer-focused with sound judgment, excellent financial and strategic skills, and the ability to contribute to the organization beyond just the scope of Human Resources
- "Win together" mentality
- HR systems experience preferred
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, advanced proficiency preferred
- Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Travel may be required, up to 20%
