QUALIFICATIONS
Expertise in the application of statistical methods in test design, development and execution across both Frequentist and Bayesian methodologies. Expertise inof A/B test design and measurement with strong quantitative skills and understanding of mathematical statistical concepts e.g Bayesian and Frequentist measurement
Experience using SQL, SAS, Python or R to transform, manipulate and analyze data preferred
Efficient analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly scope and deliver on an analytical ask without ‘boiling the ocean’ and to work iteratively to refine a solution as needed
Experience in deep dive analysis on customer behavior data to identify key insights that drive business value
Demonstrated strategic thinker and ability to bring innovation and leadership
Strong tactical problem-solving, proven cross-functional leadership, and a bias for action
Familiarity with omnichannel personalization objectives and marketing channels
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage, implement, and analyze various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Great organizational and interpersonal skills
Comfort with formal and informal communications to all levels; ability to express complex scenarios with clarity & simplicity
Prior exposure to agile operating models and cross- functional teams is a plus
Prior management of Analytics resources is preferred
Fluency in Excel/Powerpoint
4-year Degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical subject such as in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or or Psychology
