QUALIFICATIONS
- Expertise in the application of statistical methods in test design, development and execution across both Frequentist and Bayesian methodologies. Expertise inof A/B test design and measurement with strong quantitative skills and understanding of mathematical statistical concepts e.g Bayesian and Frequentist measurement
- Experience using SQL, SAS, Python or R to transform, manipulate and analyze data preferred
- Efficient analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly scope and deliver on an analytical ask without ‘boiling the ocean’ and to work iteratively to refine a solution as needed
- Experience in deep dive analysis on customer behavior data to identify key insights that drive business value
- Demonstrated strategic thinker and ability to bring innovation and leadership
- Strong tactical problem-solving, proven cross-functional leadership, and a bias for action
- Familiarity with omnichannel personalization objectives and marketing channels
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage, implement, and analyze various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with formal and informal communications to all levels; ability to express complex scenarios with clarity & simplicity
- Prior exposure to agile operating models and cross- functional teams is a plus
- Prior management of Analytics resources is preferred
- Fluency in Excel/Powerpoint
- 4-year Degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical subject such as in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or or Psychology
