The Sales Associate Personal Assistant provides selling, clienteling, operational and administrative support to the Sales Associate
- Assist Associate during the client appointment
- Assist in setting up fitting rooms
- Assist in finding and putting back merchandise on the sales floor
- Assist with Social Media postings and contacting customers via email
- Works with Associate to provide superior client services
- Process POS transactions
- Enter and maintain accurate clientele information
- Follow up on alterations, sends and the coordination of transactions
- Maintain appointment calendar
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Perform additional duties as required
- Reports to Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Must be able to successfully multitask and problem solve
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must be computer proficient
- Must work with a sense of urgency
- Energetic, dependable, extremely organized, motivated, results driven multi-tasker
- Must be fashion conscious and have some knowledge of luxury fashion brands
- Previous retail sales experience is a definite plus
- Must be able to work a full time schedule to include evenings, holidays and weekends
- College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in retail or service environment is preferred
