Temporary Sample Prep Coordinator
 
Job Summary:
The Temporary Sample Prep Coordinator is responsible for unpacking and preparing sample merchandise for photography.  This position collaborates with the Shoot Coordinators and the photography teams to make sure samples are processed correctly.  This position is located at our Pinnacle Studio location.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Unpack samples from vendors, buying office, and stock
  • Secure and organize packaging for easy travel throughout the Photo Studio
  • Prepare samples for photography as needed based on category
  • Repackage samples to be returned back to the Shoot Coordinator after photography, video, or copy
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by Manager as necessary
 
Job Requirements:
  • Organized, efficient, and self-motivated
  • Able to prioritize effectively, multi-task, problem solve, and work independently
  • Previous experience in retail, service, or other fast paced environments a plus
  • Strong follow up and follow through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion
  • Demonstrates initiative and positive can-do attitude
  • Must work confidently in teams and take direction from Manager
  • Temporary position
