Job Summary:
This Sample Coordinator is responsible for tracking sample merchandise as it comes in and out of the photo studio. They collaborate with the Shoot Coordinators to ensure all sample merchandise is received for sell and editorial shoots. This position is located at our Pinnacle Studio location.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate merchandise between Shoot Coordinators, Studios, Warehouses, Styling and Buying Offices
Oversee the flow of samples, SAR (Shoot at Receipt) items, and Stock Pulls in and out of the Studio
Communicate pertinent information with all necessary parties in a timely manner
Unbox deliveries and separate to the appropriate Coordinator or member of the Studio
Use the CMOS system to receive and return merchandise to Warehouses
Work in FileMaker database, updating current information on samples and photography status
Pack and accurately document merchandise for shipping according to proper specifications
Process RTV's (Return to Vendor) items
Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all partners
Additional responsibilities assigned by Manager and Shoot Coordinators as necessary
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
Previous leadership experience or experience in retail, service, or other fast paced environments a plus
Strong follow up and follow through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion
Able to prioritize effectively, multi-task, problem solve and work independently
Demonstrates initiative and positive can-do attitude
Must work confidently in teams and take direction from Manager and Shoot Coordinators
Must be analytical, articulate, and organized
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office properties
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
