Return- Floor Support

Job Summary

Returns Support are responsible for completing the following tasks

• Sorting returned merchandise to assigned areas
• Unloading trucks and verifying manifests.
• Distributing work as needed
• Reviewing merchandise
• Processing returns when needed
• Ensure that processing and staging areas are clean

The Associate must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:

• Perform basic math, and interpret both written and verbal instructions correctly
• Actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members
• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
• Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment
• Remain flexible to work overtime, which is mandatory
• Meet NMD physical requirements of standing, bending and lifting, etc
• Give attention to detail
• Ability to use a pallet jack and lift truck

Requirements

• Ability to pass a personal credit history screening
• Computer literacy
