The Project Manager will act as the primary point-of-contact for all print, online and advertising projects and will facilitate these projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point-of-contact between production and creative

Work day-to-day with marketing and merchant teams to plan key milestones and projects each season

Coordinate category email management plan

Partner with merchant team to identify priority brands and concepts to feature in editorial assets that will live on NMO

Ensure all content produced is consistent with the pre-defined editorial strategy

Organizational talent to manage editorial strategy and content to be produced in an agile workflow

Responsible for scheduling and task management of all category content

Act as a liaison between vendor and NM to facilitate asset approvals as noted in brand contracts

Play key role in planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects

Lead day-to-day management of projects

Effectively manage teams of diverse personalities

Collect and disseminate project information

Coordinate multiple projects at a time

Problem -solve issues and implement process to improve workflow

Proactively identify jobs to support upcoming marketing and site campaigns

Ensure jobs are opened in a timely manner and all teams have the necessary information to complete

Track progress of jobs and enforce project deadlines along the way

Record all jobs for archiving purposes and follow up to ensure all projects were accurately completed

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills

Able to execute projects within scope

Accountable, strategic business partner

Previous Project Management experience a plus

Extremely organized and highly motivated

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Able to efficiently multi-task and manage a high volume of projects at one time

Able to think forward and anticipate changes

Able to manage and adhere to deadlines

Able to anticipate problems and plan accordingly
