Project Lead - Monarch
Project Lead:
The individual in this role will act as the representative and liaison for BG during a 2-year transformative project. The Project Lead will serve as a liaison between cross functional teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
Responsibilities:
- Act as central liaison across buying, planning and web operations to ensure key stakeholder’s priorities are captured
- Act as brand representative in all design and review sessions for new warehouse and order management systems
- Capture all relevant information in sessions, distill key takeaways and communicate the most relevant information back to key stakeholders
- Identify areas where BG has unique business or strategic needs and ensure to communicate these needs when relevant decisions are being made
- Research best practices in customer experience across fulfillment experience including: checkout, order confirmation, in-transit communication, delivery and returns
- Understand customer facing capabilities of new systems and communicate a recommendation as to how to leverage these capabilities to deliver on best practices in customer experience
Experience:
- Project lead or project management experience
- Highly organized and detailed
- Comfortable working in high-paced environments
- Comfortable speaking up in a room – asking questions and voicing constructive input
- A passion for exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of how customers are transacting digitally today
- Preferred order logistics and supply chain experience
