RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with Studio Management and Coordinators regarding the daily
production schedule and performance of the online photography teams
• Verify and constantly monitor photography targets to ensure daily
completion of tasks by assigned team
• Maintain an established process to ensure smooth production
performance on a daily basis
• Interact with Studio Management and Coordinators to quickly solve
production impediments. Be able to implement necessary changes without
direct oversight
• Understand complete process cycle to effectively make production
alterations and continuing changes to enhance photography output
• Identify and assist in process improvement measures
QUALIFICATIONS
• High Motivation Level
• Prior experience working in a production environment (creative or
otherwise)
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to work well with and motivate others
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
• Good math and communication skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft office)
