Shoot Plan Coordinator
The Shoot Plan Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our Shoot Production team to deliver on 360 Marketing Campaigns, managing Shoot Plans and Shot Lists from inception to completion. The role will report into the Photo Producer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the master photography shoot document for multiple teams,
cross-checking, inputting and ensuring all key information is in Wrike (project management software)
Become a Wrike champion, problem solve within the system and navigate challenges
Point-of-contact working cross functionally with Creative, Art Directors, Project Management, Stylists, and the Production teams to plan and manage projects relating to the master Shoot Plan.
Partner with Creative and Project Management teams to problem-solve issues, identify and implement process to improve workflow and increase productivity across teams
Ensure all content is consistent between shoot documents. Follow up with teams to callout inconsistencies and communicate updates.
Help with various production tasks including invoicing, model releases, vendor set up, and other photography related functions
Manage coordination on a high volume of projects simultaneously while efficiently multi-tasking
Requirements
Must have at least 2-3 years relevant experience
Previous production and photoshoot experience is strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive. Previous project management software a plus
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Effective verbal/written communicator
Extremely organized, motivated, and highly collaborative critical thinker
High attention to detail, solution oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent time management skills
