Personalization Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to join a dynamic team that will drive our business forward! The personalization manager will be responsible for leveraging data and insights to develop and rapidly execute personalization and marketing strategies that maximize engagement, retention and lifetime value. They will be a key member of an agile team that will rapidly develop and execute tests focused on new personalized customer experiences to new and existing customers across online, mobile, email, and print. This includes developing relevant, real-time behavioral triggers that will delight our customers and drive engagement and sales for our business.
This role will be focused on creating the test briefs that outline the strategic objectives, KPIs, segmentation, and creative requirements associated with each test. This person will be responsible for maintaining alignment across the team in regards to the execution of each test, communicate the timeline and ensure milestones are met in a timely manner. This person will also be responsible for pulling results after each test and be a contributing strategic thought partner in deciding how to proceed after completion of each test.
Job Requirements
- Must have 4+ years of experience with Omni channel marketing, brand or agency experience
- Strong tactical problem-solving, proven cross-functional leadership, and a bias for action.
- Prior exposure to agile operating models and cross- functional teams is a plus
- CRM tools and any other personalized digital tools
- Strong project management with the ability to manage, implement and analyze various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to disseminate ideas and finding to all levels including stakeholders
- Creative, analytical and thoughtful thinker
- MBA a plus
