Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all overseas and remote images for Ready to Wear and Still Life
  • Ensure all overseas and remote photography is accurate and complete
  • Ensuring photography aligns with NM and BG standards, i.e., styling, model selection, posing, angles, etc.
  • Serve as point of contact for all overseas imagery questions/issues.
  • Maintain Vendor image guides and Overseas image guides. Keep imagery up to date and relevant with company changes
  • Provide precise and immediate feedback on styling, photography, models, and imagery when necessary
  • Work with Buying Offices to deliver a complete set of images per shoot per season and properly name each depiction shot overseas or remotely.
  • Collaborate with additional teams including Production, Copy, etc. to ensure all merchandise is photographed and loaded in according to Company needs
  • Collaborate with the Overseas Remote Producer, to effectively execute the return of overseas images
  • Partner with Overseas Remote Producer to train Buying Offices Coordinators on the overseas and remote shoot image processes
  • Partner with Buying Offices to resolve issues
  • Monitor and spearhead rush photography
  • Understand priorities and act in accordance with business needs
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all partners
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by Manager as necessary

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Background in styling/visuals preferred
  • Previous leadership experience or experience in retail, service, or other fast paced environments a plus
  • Strong follow up and follow through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion
  • Able to prioritize effectively, multi-task, problem solve and work independently
  • Demonstrate initiative and positive can-do attitude
  • Must be an assertive, service-oriented team player, but take direction from Manager
  • Must be results driven, analytical, articulate, and organized
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office properties
