ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Print and prepare tickets for Pre-Ticketing
  • On Boarding of New Vendors
  • Daily Communication with vendors via phone and e-mails
  • Complete daily detail checks       
  • Take photos, download and electronically match documentation to the correct Vendor Violations
  • Vendor Dispute Resolution
  • Understand all Vendor Requirements set by Partner Relations
  • Troubleshoot and problem resolution
  • Other tasks as required to meet team goals
     
    QUALIFICATIONS
  • MS Office (Word and Excel) proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to read, interpret and analyze information
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication
  • Physical requirements: standing, bending, walking, lifting, etc.
  • Focus and remain on task in fast paced work environment
