Job Description:
- Assist management with all support functions for department
- Lead floor openings and closing with management
- Coordinate all events, store initiatives for department
- Build a working relationship with all associates in store
- Creates a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
- Assist in maintaining visual and merchandising standards for the floor
- Assist in inventory reconciliation
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have great customer service skills
- Prior experience in a luxury environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative
- Positive attitude
- Detailed oriented
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends and some holidays
