Market Visual Manager
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience helpful
- 4-year degree preferred
- Displays a natural passion for fashion and trends
- History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives
- Proven track record achieving business results
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and programs including Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Google SketchUp, and/or Autodesk Revit; and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Travel may be required, up to 25%
