Responsibilities & Duties

  • Leads projects through the design and development lifecycle, manages the development of instructional materials; Designs and develops new learning programs in support of NMS critical business capabilities
  • Write and support creation of in-person, or digital, learning programs, including training decks, documents, and videos to optimize delivery method and associate retention.
  • Work with external vendors on content creation to support a variety of training needs and delivery types.
  • Become functional expert as well as support administrative needs on digital training platform capabilities to inform content execution.
  • Develop training materials for piloted programs, use feedback and assessments to inform future content creation needs.
  • Maintain training document library to ensure materials are up to date, published, and archived appropriately.
  • Partner in intake requests with Training and Initiatives team to create holistic training calendar.
  • We are all one-team. Collaborate and participate across the Training, Retail Initiative teams to contribute to initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred
  • Experience in instructional design, assessing needs, performance measurement, training delivery, and training evaluation preferred
  • 4-year degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or related field preferred
  • History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives
  • Ability to autonomously prioritize and execute
  • Previous experience navigating complex business problems, collaborating with leads across corporate functions, presenting at the executive level, working with corporate business partners, and leading cross-functional large-scale initiatives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • “Win together” mentality
  • Excellent presentational skills
  • Experience with a Learning Management System and Logistics processes
  • Proficient with MS Office Product Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Travel may be required, up to 10%
