QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition supporting a retail or field environment 
  • A customer-first mindset who delivers exceptional and high-touch candidate experiences to both their internal stakeholders and external candidates
  • Consistently striving for an all-inclusive approach to talent, digging within networks to find & engage the best talent within the industry 
  • The innate ability to listen and understand how to read between the lines
  • An empathetic person who embodies our corporate mindset of Belonging and Leads with Love in all aspects of their work
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and applications; including advance skills in MS Excel 
  • Must have a strong knowledge of Omni-Retail, Retail Stores and/or Retail field operations and staffing solutions experience.
