QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition supporting a retail or field environment
A customer-first mindset who delivers exceptional and high-touch candidate experiences to both their internal stakeholders and external candidates
Consistently striving for an all-inclusive approach to talent, digging within networks to find & engage the best talent within the industry
The innate ability to listen and understand how to read between the lines
An empathetic person who embodies our corporate mindset of Belonging and Leads with Love in all aspects of their work
Experience with Microsoft tools and applications; including advance skills in MS Excel
Must have a strong knowledge of Omni-Retail, Retail Stores and/or Retail field operations and staffing solutions experience.
