Manager, Style Curation Selling & Content
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred
- 4-year degree preferred
- Highly creative and keen eye for identifying content and asset types that match the Neiman Marcus brand
- Advanced understanding of how to use social media platforms to drive digital businesses, specifically around content planning, execution, and reporting on performance
- Has a strong understanding of the seller role and the value of presenting merchandise digitally on social media
- Understands the value of a strong personal brand and how to communicate it visually through content
- Experience coaching others on how to use creative content to drive sales
- Advanced presentation skills, excited to train an evolving digital sales associate population
- Motivated and results driven, excited by digital content and eager to make an impact
- “Win together” mentality
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite and photo editing apps, advanced proficiency with Excel, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop preferred
- A visually creative storyteller with a strong fashion sense, styling and taste level that is elevated and on-brand which can easily be translated across the selling organization
- Experience with data-reporting software is a plus
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Travel 10% annually
