Manager, Selling Services
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Store Systems Expert
- Serve as an internal expert on store systems (POS, scheduling system, phones, etc.).
- Keen understanding of sales team needs’, ability to see challenges and the necessary results and a drive to resolve problems.
- Develop cross-functional relationships with system owners and users to understand key functions and long-term resolutions.
- Work with Senior Director, Client Operations and NMG partners on the rollout and training of tools and initiatives.
- Serve as an internal expert on store systems (POS, scheduling system, phones, etc.).
- Technology
- Work cross-functionally with IT, store leaders, vendors and NMG partners to execute on key technology projects.
- Identify roadblocks in current retail operations and work with key partners to propose solutions to drive efficiency in the organization.
- Strong awareness of the end-user experience and can work upstream to ensure the right systems built appropriately meet the needs of the business.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, store leaders, vendors and NMG partners to execute on key technology projects.
- Seller Program Management
- Work with vendor, merchants and sales team to manage all Seller programs (ie. DSA).
- Facilitate payouts, bonuses and chargebacks for Seller programs with attention to detail, timeliness and partnership.
- Manage contests, incentives, tracking and payouts for all vendor partners.

- Reporting
- Build weekly and monthly reports for store leaders to support business initiatives and overall performance.
- Manage reporting cadence and distribution, evolving reporting structure as business needs change.
Experience and Qualifications
- 6-8 years of retail experience.
- Experience in luxury, specialty, or department store retail operations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works to build collaborative partnerships cross-functionally and resolve conflict productively.
- Strong presentation skills including development and delivery of various formats to executive audiences. Able to understand audience and present material accordingly.
- Willingness to learn new initiatives and champion change and new initiatives by challenging the status quo and acting as catalyst of change and provide leadership to drive efficiency across the retail operations function.
