QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years experience in business analytics role
2+ years experience using Business Objects (Desktop
Intelligence) and/or Tableau
2+ years experience using SQL and/or SAS
Python knowledge is a plus
Demonstrated strategic thinker and ability to bring
innovation and leadership
Ability to lead and motivate teams and ensure effective
execution
Position requires strong attention to detail and data
accuracy
Strong presentation and communication skills
Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline
(Statistics, Mathematics) or
sufficient on the job use of related skills. Masters degree is a plus.
Strong quantitative skills
Understanding of relational databases
Strong presentation and communication skills
Exceptional standards for quality and strong attention
to detail
Retail experience is a plus
