Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, business, or related field
- Hands-on experience in Oracle RPM implementation
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Suite of applications, especially in retail related functions in ReSA and RMS
- Translating business requirements to solution design and technical implementation with Agile mindset
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in writing SQL / Stored Procedures against Oracle databases
- Great understanding of ReSA and RMS table structures
- Experience handling global managed services teams driving operational efficiency
- Experience working on released cycles/Agile model.
- 3+ years’ experience in business process and/or technology implementation
- 2+ years hands-on experience in automation, dev-ops and cloud (any)
Basic Requirements:
- Under Grad / Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent
- 6 or more years of IT systems experience in one or more of the following areas, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities:
- Application delivery (preferably Oracle retail)
- Enterprise-scale application management
- Software product management
- IT/system product design and product strategy
- Solution/Application Architectures
