Finance Manager, Strategy
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning, forecasting and analyzing gross margin for the brand in a multi-channel capacity; improve forecast accuracy through deep analysis & control of margin elements.
• Support revenue forecasting process by partnering with the operational teams to develop new tools and methods, and pressure testing key assumptions.
• Manage capital budget for brand, including partner shops, store renovations and tech investments – partner with the business & operational teams to develop pro-forma financial statements to support economic profiles for the projects.
• Lead the FP&A team focused on business analytics activities and metrics development, including insightful dashboard reporting.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc analysis for the brand leadership team to enhance decision making capabilities and assist in achievement of strategic and tactical goals.
• Assist management in driving the transformation agenda and provide thought partnership across various programs.
• Help to identify opportunities and pre-empt risks to ensure results are consistently achieved.
• Understand the various data management systems and identify opportunities to better leverage data and reporting.
• Partner and collaborate cross functionally to develop new tools and processes to improve current methods of forecasting and analyzing the business.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Master’s degree or M.B.A. is preferred, with focus on finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent field of study
• Professional certification or designation preferred, e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent
