Financial Analyst, Information Technology
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and analysis of all Operating Expenses. Maintain general ledger accounts through various systems.
- Track all expense budgets and capital spend by project by division
- Prepare month-end comprehensive variance analysis reports based on actual performance to forecasts/budget
- Maintain all financial models and systems related to operating expenses.
- Prepare materials for key cross-functional meetings to report results
- Support a wide variety of business decisions with analyses and presentations
- Assist in annual planning processes, including coordination with business partners to understand specific needs and create executive level presentations
- Other responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives to streamline processes, maintain and improve upon existing financial models
- Support preparation of Board of Directors meeting materials
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proficient in excel and power point
- Knowledge of Oracle and Essbase desirable
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability effectively summarize and present complex financial data and assumptions to non-finance business partners
- Proficient financial modeling skillset
- Highly detail-oriented, motivated self-starter with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment
