Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related engineering degree required
2+ years’ experience in Engineer roles with a desire to learn Marketing Loyalty platform development
1+ years’ experience working on cloud platform (AWS) or SAAS technologies
Knowledge of marketing/retail concepts and data analysis
Knowledge of integrating internal and external systems using real-time messaging, RESTful APIs, and ETL integration tools
Relational and cloud database experience (Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, etc.) with strong SQL Query analysis skills
Strong listening, questioning, clarifying and summarizing skills to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group settings
Experience working with cross functional teams and business users
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be a self-starter and have the desire to learn and grow
