JOB DUTIES

  • Partner with division Buyers and Brand Partners to define and enter PO criteria such as size, color, description, style, pricing, etc.; adjust purchase orders to reflect price changes, extension dates, and cancelation of orders
  • Review weekly flow reports for on-order merchandise, monitor for inconsistencies, and help prioritize purchase orders
  • Communicates with buying offices on discrepancies
  • Complies with data governance policies 
  • Maintains item updates and adjustments throughout the product’s full life-cycle
  • Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with division buying offices and brand partners
  • Works with online team to ensure all merchandise is loaded to web in a timely manner
  • Coordinates vendor provided images and/or samples for all editorial photoshoots
  • Communicates with brand partners and manages all product samples and returns to vendors (RTVs)
  • Analyze weekly reports and take necessary actions to ensure that products are sellable across all channels
  • Provides market preparation support for Drop Ship Manager
  • Performs administrative tasks for the Drop Ship Assortment Expansion office as needed

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Previous experience in retail, service, or other fast paced environments
  • Must be analytical, articulate, and organized
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must work confidently in teams
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office properties
  • Quick study on new computer systems and quickly understands and incorporates new system functionality
  • Strong follow up and follow through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion
