Docent - Luxury Service Store Guide
Docent will educate customers regarding the store's offerings, remain knowledgeable about current store and industry offerings, and guide customers through the purchasing process. The Docent is the key point of contact for customer interactions at the stores and must provide a positive and distinctive experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Educates customers on store offerings and new product
Provides a friendly attentive and knowledgeable customer service experience for our customers
Ability to connect with a diverse spectrum of clients and customers
Accurately processes transactions
Effectively communicates with team members, store managers and associates to solve problems and improve service
Supports a positive work environment
Adheres to company protocols for cash control, inventory management and procedures
