Director of Project Management- Construction
- Minimum of 10 years experience in leading and managing high-end retail or hospitality projects that involved the development of new locations and major/minor renovation projects.
- Proficient in project development, from site selection to real estate negotiations to building schematic design through construction documents, bidding and construction administration.
- BS, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management or other related field preferred.
- Architecture license a plus.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and laws related to retail/hospitality improvements.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to travel out of town frequently.
- Must be strategically flexible and agile.
- Have exceptional teamwork and customer service skills.
