Director, Brand Partner Marketing
• 10 or more years of experience in Digital Publishing with proven track record of success (financial growth, publication/engagement growth, content strategy, sales goals met)
• 5+ years of experience in leading and growing a team
• Strong creative and strategic thinker who has the ability to problem-solve for multiple platforms (digital, mobile, print, social)
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing channels and media
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects from concept to completion, under tight deadlines
• Experience building and/or scaling a publishing platform a big plus
• Experience in the retail or consumer goods via a D2C model considered valuable
• Deep understanding of business financials and experience managing a P&L is a plus
• Socially-savvy and able to form and grow relationships with internal and external partners
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Communications
