Designer
Responsibilities
- Designs BG.com assets inclusive of homepage, landing pages, banners, graphic-headers, motion, and digital look-books
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners on integrated omni-channel campaigns. Develops and designs digital components.
- Acts as the liaison between Creative team in NY and still life photography team in Dallas. Briefs creative treatments to ensure accurate execution
- Understands Bergdorf Goodman brand aesthetic through fashion, photography, typography, and design language
- Understands Web Bandwidth limitations, works within, and meets limitations with creative solutions
- On-going file management support including asset download, and file sharing with cross-functional partners
- In depth working knowledge of web design, architecture and wireframes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital design, graphic design, and web design. Must be able to create motion graphics.
- Previous experience with fashion, beauty, and luxury retail, either on an internal team or advertising agency
- Detail oriented and collaborative
- Knowledge of fashion or luxury retail with an understanding of the competitor landscape
- Design degree or similar
