Job Summary
This individual will be a part of a customer journey oriented scrum team to deliver the best experience to our digital customers with a focus on their specific journey. Under the Digital Design director, he/she will creatively elevate customers experience and manage the execution within a fast-paced environment.
 
• Manage a team of freelance digital designers and copywriters.
• Manage creative outputs for various testing and long-term strategy.
• Ensure brand-right tone to provide a seamless multi-channel marketing execution.
• Partner with peers align campaigns and creative needs.
• Collaborate with analytics team to analyze customer behavior and maximize opportunities.
• Partner with Design Director to execute brand right testing executions.
• Responsible for meeting all deadlines.
• Responsible for all creative assets, including designing and overseeing all facets of asset production.
• Review and submit concepts for approval to Creative Director, VP and executive teams.
• Gather feedback, provide input, and communicate discussions with merchant and marketing teams.
• Review projects to ensure compliance with appropriate brand and legal teams.
• Ensure all creative assets are organized, labeled, and archived.
• Manage and develop team for future growth within the department and organization.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate clearly to a wide audience of stakeholders.

• Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize among running projects.

• Capacity to work independently, self-manage, and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Must be able to problem-solve, such as analyze data and provide feedback on how to maximize business objectives.

• eCommerce experience required. Web Design background preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience managing and developing a team.
• Minimum of five years experience in eCommerce.
• Fashion focused portfolio
