This is a web branding and print Creative Director position with an emphasis on Fashion and Still Life. The Creative Director will be familiar working directly with photographers for the purpose of shooting retail items. The CD is responsible for creative leadership and ownership of multiple projects and will coordinate with copy, design, merchant, and marketing teams to create innovative campaigns for e-commerce and print advertising; produce and attend photo and video shoots; have layout and design experience; and work closely with Executive Creative Director to continually elevate brand advertising. |

Job Duties | ||

· Provide leadership to create visually distinctive and engaging imagery and video for the web and catalog
· Maintain the brand’s personality and style
· Excellent 360 degree concepting skills – web, video, photo, store experience
· Execute shoots from start to finish, including hiring and managing outside creative resources (photographers, directors, stylists, producers, set design, etc.) and attending/overseeing shoots to ensure stylist and photographer capture the look
· Utilize current and new systems to maximize efficiencies
· Articulate ideas and demonstrate a willingness to bring new ideas to the forefront frequently
· Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills with strong interest in working with people
· Assure that all advertising guidelines and regulations are followed
· Exhibit attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy |
