Who you are:
  • Passion for data and possess a strong analytical nature bent with an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions to support assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
  • Working knowledge in site analytics tools preferred (Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point) and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes and additional software/web-based applications
  • An understanding of and passion for digital retail landscape
  • A natural problem-solver, who is also intuitively analytical and creative
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to effectively build and manage relationships
  • Strength in both oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources
  • Team player who can operate independently with minimal guidance and limited resources
