Bridal Salon Concierge
Position Summary:
The Bridal Salon Concierge is responsible for representing Bergdorf Goodman Bridal Salon, to ensure clients are provided with BG customer service experience. This individual must have proven success in customer service and the ability to understand and represent a luxury brand.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting all customers
- Makes every client interaction a personal and seamless experience
- Answer and respond to all customer phone calls, voicemails and emails by partnering, forwarding/communicating all information in a timely manner
- Manage/book customer appointments
- Complete all necessary data entry, ensure all administration and client service paperwork is accurate, processed and updated
- Resolve any issue partnering with the appropriate person to ensure a timely and productive solution
- Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards in the Salon
- Ensure that front desk and common areas are kept organized, clean and safe for all employees and customers
- Partners with others to provide the best client experience
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
- Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration
- Maintains positive working relationships throughout Bergdorf Goodman
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate and communicate with customers, management, and staff
- Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills
- Able to work effectively with all departments, associates, management, and customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing
- Motivated and results driven
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to work full time schedule based on business needs and inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays
