JOB DESCRIPTION
Neiman Marcus is seeking a financial coordinator for their Brand Partnerships team. The position will be responsible for assisting in all financial administration as well as liaise directly with the financial director to manage forecasting, revenue collection and expense across all channels for Brand Partnerships.
Responsibilities
Common responsibilities and duties of the Analyst will include each of the following:
Creating and executing contracts and invoices for seasonal marketing programs
Work directly with brands to confirm financial investment and desired financial cadence
Manage the financial top sheet document tracking all annual revenue and expense for Brand Partnerships
Work closely with MAC financial director to ensure accurate accounting and forecasting each month
Interface weekly with senior leadership to provide status updates in order to accurately track revenue
Create and track invoices as it relates to brand partners as well as outside vendor relationships
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidates must demonstrate each of the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, financial major preferred
Strong interest in organizational finance
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidate should possess intellectual curiosity and focus, as well as ability to understand role in context of larger organization
Must be solutions oriented
