Brand Partnerships Coordinator, Neiman Marcus Stores and Neiman Marcus Online
The Advertising Account Coordinator coordinates the on-time and orderly flow of all in-house digital campaigns from job initiation to completion and aids the Brand Partnerships team with day-to-day requests from internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Print Responsibilities
Once manager sell, routes national ad materials through production for approval
Maintain material submission schedule for printing
Expedite “rush jobs”
Digital Responsibilities
Manage all digital campaigns sold by Brand Partnerships team
Initiate conversation with clients to acquire materials and begin trafficking process with creative
Shepherd creative through client approvals to hand-off to creative agency
Ensure links are accurate once campaign deploys
Compile reporting from agency for distribution to client
Campaign tracking
Team Responsibilities
Assistance on contracts & proposals
Meeting scheduling and coordination when necessary
Competitive analysis and research
Trafficking larger projects such as Media Kits and Sell Sheets
Requirements
Ability to interact confidently and professionally with all levels of staff (i.e. junior to senior executive)
Extremely organized and highly motivated
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Able to multi-task and manage a high volume of projects at one time efficiently
Able to think forward and anticipate changes
Able to manage and adhere to deadlines
Able to anticipate problems and plan accordingly
Flexibility
Respond quickly to a variety of requests
Strong interest in digital and print advertising as well as omni-channel sales preferable
