Support manager in crafting content strategies and experiences that engage Neiman Marcus consumers throughout our omni channel ecosystem. This includes supporting their manager collaborating cross functionally to determine annual content strategy and plan based on core marketing and commercial/merchandising objectives, trends, themes and key audience needs.

Assist in building unified Neiman’s brand strategies for innovation and multi-category initiatives and collaborate cross functionally to execute.

Drive quarterly content development process with cross functional teams

Utilize business objectives and customer data to identify content opportunities and initiatives that extend into various digital channel executions for online editorial stories, home page content, emails, etc.

Collaborate on key homepage iterative test and learn agenda and drive process to identify opportunities and scale learnings

Work with brand partnership team to share evolved opportunities for brands across our digital network

Create ongoing analysis around reach, engagement, demand - documenting successes and misses and providing executive level reporting

Provide agile and “just in time” support during the iterative content creation process

Job Requirements

3+ years experience in ecommerce/web marketing

Ability to effectively build relationships and high level management of internal and external stakeholders; experience managing complex, strategic, and collaborative relationships

Display a strong marketing sense, with proven ability to deliver high-quality, engaging and impactful content marketing strategy and assets that drive business outcomes

Experience working cross-functionally, especially across marketing disciplines, merchandising and creative teams

Broad understanding of SEO and digital media, social channels and content, and familiarity with graphics, illustration, video, blog and website production, vendors and tools

Demonstrated record of successfully executing high-quality projects with independence and confidence

Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple deadlines, and coordinate support across multiple departments

Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills

Highly organized work style with a rigorous attention to detail and strong analytical ability

Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
