Assistant Manager, Human Resources
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a Corporate or Agency environment.
Project Management skills inclusive of building out recruiting strategies, timelines, benchmarks, reporting capabilities, project report outs, project status, etc.
Previous experience working within a retail (apparel) environment preferred.
Knowledge of the NYC luxury retail job market
Excellent computer skills needed (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must have a proven ability to network and cold-call, while utilizing exceptional communication skills.
Experience building and driving online employment branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
Expert-level customer service skills are required with the ability to multi-task as needed.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required with experience in Human Resources or Department Manager in a retail environment.
