Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Able to serve as a liaison between cross functional teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
  • Partner with department managers and business leaders to establish key metrics or success measures
  • Work with team leadership to understand the customer needs and concerns as well as define solutions.
  • Develop measures to define progress and ultimate success; establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate groups through root cause analysis, brainstorming, business impact assessments, gap analysis and project planning. Challenge stakeholders to maximize opportunities for improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.
  • Champion change management and prioritize areas of improvement. Develop, monitor, and report business process improvement against accepted standards.
  • Update stakeholders and project teams on progress, issues and risks before, during, and after development and implementation

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5 – 10 years of relative experience
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership skills and self-motivated
  • Must be customer focused and able to react to changing priorities on short notice
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio
  • Strong leadership skill, leading teams in implementation of new programs and utilization of new systems
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability
