SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL

Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate test results into actionable insights for stakeholders

Exhibit the ability to work independently or in groups while under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to business needs
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years work experience with AB Testing platforms (i.e. Adobe Test & Target, Optimizely, etc.),
Proficient in MS office tools and JIRA
Deep understanding and experience with statistics, web analytics, data analysis and conversion optimization. Experience with Adobe Analytics a plus.
Familiarity and understanding of web development and technologies (CSS, JavaScript, HTML, React)
Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodology
Retail ecommerce experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Web Analytics or related fields preferred)
